I recently took a week-long solo African safari with Aftab Tours to Tanzania, and it was an incredible experience. I visited several national parks and saw all the Big Five. Hiking to Kilimanjaro waterfall and swimming in the hot springs were definite highlights. The tent accommodations were nestled inside the forest, providing a unique experience, and the food was delicious.
